1. Go to https://form.refundable.me/forms/refund or you can access via your account from Ticketmelon Website as shown below.

2. Fill the 32 digits of your Booking Confirmation Reference then click “I’m not robot” after the system approved, click “Check”

3. Fill in the required information. Noted: Refunds will be by order

4. When you finish filling all the information, please click on the checkbox next to “I/we agreed to the attached Terms and Conditions.” and “I/we declare that the information contained in this claim form is true and correct to the best of my/our belief.” then click “SUMMIT CLAIM” button.

‍How long does it take for refund?

‍You will receive the refund within 7-14 working days from when the approval has been confirmed via email.
