There are 3 ways you can request a refund if you have purchased Refund Protection:
- Refund via My Tickets section under your profile on ticketmelon website
- Click “Request Refund” from your order confirmation email
- Apply directly via https://form.refundable.me/forms/refund
To request a refund, you can do it in either of the following ways:
[Option 1]
Go to “My Tickets” Section under your profile and click the three-dots menu on the top right of your ticket and click “Refundable Ticket”

[Option 2]
If you access via e-mail, you can click “Request Refund” to start the process.

After selecting either Option 1 or Option 2, you’ll be directed to the refund form page.
2. Fill in your booking details and upload any required evidence, then select your refund reason. Once complete, click Submit Refund.
*Your booking reference will be automatically prefilled if you access the form via My Tickets or your order confirmation email. Otherwise, please fill in the 32-digit Booking Confirmation Reference manually.

3. When all information has been filled in, tick the checkboxes next to:
- “I/we agree to the attached Terms and Conditions.”
- “I/we declare that the information contained in this claim form is true and correct to the best of my/our belief.”
Then click the “Submit Claim” button to complete your refund request.

*For customer contact: You can reply directly to emails from Refundable.me (or search for “Refundable.me” in your inbox in case the email was filtered to spam).
Once you’ve submitted a refund request, the system will send you a unique, user-specific email address that you can use to continue communicating with the Refundable.me team.
How long does it take for a refund?
You will receive the refund within 7-14 working days from when the approval has been confirmed via email.
When can customers apply for a refund?
Customers may submit an application up to 60 days after the booked event date.
Is Refund Protect considered insurance?
No, Refund Protect is not insurance. It offers customers different contractual terms and conditions for a higher booking cost, allowing for refunds under specific unforeseen circumstances.
