How to check your tickets status?

Ticket status will show you how to redeem the ticket.

Shipping Option

  • Your physical tickets will be sent to your shipping address if you selected the “Ship to home” option.
  • Physical Tickets will only be shipped to addresses in Thailand.
  • Your delivery address cannot be changed after purchase.
  • A tracking code will be sent to your email after the tickets have been shipped or you can check on “My Ticket” by following the steps below:

Ticket(s) status

  1. Go to www.ticketmelon.com or Application Ticketmelon and Login to your Ticketmelon account. Then go to the top right corner, click “My Tickets”
  2. Go to the upcoming part, choose the event poster then click “Tracking”
  3. Your ticket status will show up
    1. Status: Preparing to ship
    2. Status: Tracking number
    3. Status: Pick up at the event
