What is TM Gate Agent Application?

TM Gate Agent is an application for scanning E-tickets (QR Code) of every event on Ticketmelon. The application will work with any smartphone with a camera and an internet connection for real-time ticket validation. The application can be downloaded for free in the Google Play Store and App Store

How do I create an event?

Go to Event Manager page and click “Create an Event”, and fill in all the required information in each tab. Once you are ready, simply click “Publish” to go live. Click here for instructions.

How much does it cost to use Ticketmelon?

Hosting of your event is completely free on Ticketmelon. For paid events, ticketing service fee and payment processing fee are displayed here.

What if I have special requirements for my event?

Any other features not found on Ticketmelon platform, please visit Premium Ticketing page or send an email to sales@ticketmelon.com with your event information. We will contact you back and help you set up your event page as soon as possible.

How to create a new organizer profile?

After signing into your Ticketmelon account, click on ‘Event Manager’ under your profile in the top right corner.
You will be redirected to the Event Manager Page, click on the ‘Add Organizer’ button.
