Events listed on Ticketmelon are completely free! No monthly charges. No membership costs, No setup fees.

We offer a dynamic pricing tier for Event Organizers depending on your ticket prices. Free tickets in your event will not be charged. For an event with paid tickets, the fees depend on your ticket price, ranging from 2% to 3.5% of the ticket price plus 0 – 15 THB per ticket for tickets priced 200 THB and above.

Ticketmelon will only charge when the transaction is completed. The fees are broken down into 2 parts:

1. Ticketmelon Service Fee (THB):

2. Payment-processing Fee (THB):
All transactions made on Ticketmelon is done using an encrypted TSL connection, through a PCI DSS compliant, ISO 27001 certified payment gateway provider.
There is a flat fee of 3% of the ticket price.
