Can I get a refund if I did not choose a Refundable Ticket?

Refunds are normally not allowed unless the event is postponed or canceled. Refund conditions vary among event organizers. Please refer to the event organizer's condition details before making a purchase. Refund requests are granted only by the Event Organizers. Ticketmelon is not authorized to give refunds; it is only under the sole discretion of Event Organizers.
