Starting from September 30, 2026 at 14:00 (GMT+8), payment gateway fees for credit and debit card transactions in Singapore Dollars (SGD) will increase by up to 0.5%, depending on the card used.

This change is due to updated processing fees from major card networks, which have increased the costs associated with processing card payments in Singapore. As a result, our payment gateway provider has adjusted its fees, and this update will be reflected in the payment gateway fee charged at checkout.

The updated rates will apply to both ongoing and upcoming events and will affect all SGD card transactions processed from the effective date and time onward. Other payment methods will remain unchanged.
