Fees are deducted automatically upon each successful transaction. Organizers are able to view the fee summary of ticket sales on the dashboard of the event.

Here are some of the items view your ticket sales summary:

• Total quantity of tickets sold
• Breakdown by ticket type(s) sold
• Gross Ticket Sales, which is the total amount of the payment the ticket buyers made
• TM Fee (VAT INCL.) is the total amount of our service fee
• Payment Fee (VAT INCL.) is the processing fee of 3%
