You can pay for your ticket with PromptPay by following these steps: 

1. Go to www.ticketmelon.com and login with your registered email address.  Then, pick the event that you want to buy the tickets by clicking on the poster or “Get Tickets” button. 

2. Pick the amount of tickets you want and click “Buy Tickets” button. 

3. The system will lead you to payment page, select Promptpay as your payment channel. 

4. Check the balance of the amount if it is accurate.  Then, tick the box that indicates you to “Accept Ticketmelon’s Terms of Service and Event Organizer’s Disclaimer” and click “By Tickets” to confirm your purchase.  

5. Then the system will lead you to a page with QR Code for payment.  You can turn on your preferred mobile banking application and choose “Scan to Pay” menu to make your payment. 

After your payment is completed, you will receive your e-tickets from your email as a pdf file.  Alternatively you can also obtain it from “My Tickets” after logging in on Ticketmelon website.
