You can edit your organizer profile at any time by

1. Sign in to Ticketmelon Website.

2. Go to ‘Event Manager’

3. Choose your event organizer name that you have created earlier.If you don’t have an organizer profile click here to see how to create a new organizer profile.

View EO Page Click ‘View EO Page’ to see all of your events and your contact.

This page will show your active events and past events. Customers can see this page as well when they click on your logo in any of your event pages. However, only public events are shown on this page. (See how to hide an event in Create Event section)

4. Click ‘Edit EO Profile’ to edit details.To edit contact information for Facebook and Youtube, please put just the last part of the URL.
Example :
- If the link of your facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/ticketmelon/, you can just put ‘ticketmelon’ in the field.
- If your Youtube link is https://www.youtube.com/channel/ticketmelon, you can just put ‘ticketmelon’ in the field.

5. Click ‘Submit’ button once you finish editing

6. For the organizer logo, click the ‘Camera’ button to choose the file from your computer. The recommended size is 150 x 150 pixels.
