The organizer of the event you want to attend determines when the queueing system will start. The organizer of the event is responsible for informing their customers of the queueing time, and event sale time.
For example, the sale time may be 10:00 AM, and you can begin to queue at 8:30 AM (as determined by the organizer).
Below is an example of the queueing system process.
1. Go to www.ticketmelon.com. When queueing begins, at whatever time it may be, click on the event poster or the “BUY TICKETS” button (in blue) that is located under the poster to receive your queue.
2. After clicking on the “BUY TICKETS” button or the Event Poster, you will be lead to the queue page. Please wait while the system determines your queue number.
When tickets go on sale, the system will let people into the event page to buy tickets according to their queue number. When you are waiting for your turn, it is not necessary to click refresh, as your queue number has been locked. When it is your turn to buy tickets, the system will automatically lead you to the event page, where you can buy your tickets.
