Accessing your tickets on the Ticketmelon app

You can access your tickets by clicking ‘Tickets’ on the Ticketmelon App, available on iOS and Android.

1. Open Ticketmelon application

2. Sign-in to your Ticketmelon account click at ICON below.

3. Click “View Tickets” to see your ticket.

Your QR code is your ticket. The area underneath the QR code displays the information on your ticket type, date and location of the event, price and order number. You may screenshot the QR Code and save it into your camera roll to use to scan into the event.
