Booking Confirmation Reference is a 32 digits number which you use to confirm the order and request a refund from Refundable Ticket.

Where is my Booking Confirmation Reference?

1. On your confirmation email that you receive the E-Ticket

2. My Tickets page

1. Login to your Ticketmelon account then go to the top right corner, Click “MyTickets”
2. In the upcoming part you will see the poster of the event that you buy the ticket, click on the right corner of the poster then choose “Refundable Ticket”

You have to copy all the 32 digits then go to make a refund request at https://form.refundable.me/forms/refund
