Your Booking Confirmation Reference is a 32-digit number used to confirm your order and submit a Refund Protect claim.

Where can I find my Booking Confirmation Reference?

1. In the order confirmation email you received with your E-Ticket

2. On the My Tickets page

1. Log in to your Ticketmelon account, then click “My Tickets” in the top right corner.
2. In the Upcoming section, find the poster of the event you purchased tickets for, click the top right corner of the poster, then select “Refundable Ticket”.

Copy all 32 digits, then submit your claim at https://form.refundable.me/forms/refund
