“Phase” refers to the period that the tickets are for sale.  Generally, events on Ticketmelon will have a set selling period. Events that have multiple selling phases would sell the same kind of tickets but price will be different for each phase.

‍EXAMPLE:

Phase 1: Ticket price 1,000 THB (selling period 1 January - 31 January)

Phase 2: Ticket price 2,000 THB (selling period 1 February onwards until the tickets are sold out)
