Have a problem signing via Facebook?

Please make sure that you have access to the email that you used to register for Facebook because all of the information, including your tickets, will be sent to that email.

If you do not have access to the email that is tied to your Facebook account, we recommend that you create a new account using your current email address.

If you cannot access your mailbox, but you signed in with Facebook, you may access your tickets by going to the “Tickets” page on www.ticketmelon.com.

Note: if your Facebook is connected to your mobile phone number, you will not get a confirmation email but your ticket(s) will appear on “My Ticket” section.
