After an event has been officially cancelled or postponed, Ticketmelon can begin processing refunds once the Event Organizer has approved the refund process and transferred the required refund funds back to Ticketmelon.

Once your refund request has been approved and you have received a confirmation email from Ticketmelon, your refund will be returned to your original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and payment method. In most cases, refunds may take approximately 30–45 days or longer to appear in your account or statement.
