After the event is postponed or canceled, Ticketmelon can start the refund once the Event Organizer transfers the payment back into Ticketmelon account.

How long it takes for you to receive the transfer is normally  based on the payment method you selected when buying the ticket.

Credit/Debit Card Buyer

The refund amount will transfer into credit card within 30 - 45 days depending on the card issuer process and will show in credit card statement in the next following month.

Cash Buyer

The refund amount will transfer into the ticket holder account within 30-45 working days.

Alipay Buyer

The refund amount will transfer into your Alipay account within 30-45 working days (The refund is required to submit within 90 days after purchasing the ticket only)

Rabbit Line Pay Buyer

The refund amount will transfer into Rabbit Line Pay account within 30-45 working days.

Wechat Pay Buyer

The refund amount will transfer into the ticket holder account within 30-45 working days.
