To transfer your tickets to friends, all you have to do is forward the ticket email to them. There is no need to change the name on your ticket. Most events do not limit ticket transfer as ID verification is not required upon entry. If any event requires ticket buyers to match their ID with the name on the tickets, the event organizer will explicitly state that when you make a purchase.
