The Lido Theatre first opened in 1968, boasting a 1,000 seats, and quickly became one of Bangkok's most beloved landmarks. The Challenge

The theater and venue underwent extensive renovations. As a result, Lido was presented with new opportunities to revamp the space, keeping one cinema theater intact while transforming the rest into an event space with a modern and fully digitalized vibe, which they named ‘Lido Connect.’ Despite operating as a cinema for decades, the management team recognized the need to improve their ticketing process due to the absence of a seat map feature in their old system.
