Multi-Stage Festival Ticketing: Ticketmelon Supports Localised Sales for Besok Konser

The Ask

‍Besok Konser 2026 was built as a two-day music festival with a layered ticketing structure designed to support different audience needs. With single-day passes, two-day passes, group bundles, promotional codes, and multiple sales phases, the organisers needed a ticketing setup that could keep the purchase journey clear while managing a wide range of ticket categories behind the scenes.

Sales were processed in IDR, creating a localised checkout experience for Indonesian festival-goers. Beyond standard ticket sales, the goal was to support a flexible festival ticketing model that could handle multi-stage releases, promotional campaigns, attendee data, and sales performance across different ticket types.

Service Provided

‍Ticketmelon supported Besok Konser through a localised ticketing setup designed for a multi-stage, multi-tier music festival format:

  1. Local Currency Ticketing
Attendees were able to purchase tickets in IDR, creating a smoother and more familiar checkout experience for the Indonesian market. This helped make the purchase journey more accessible for local festival-goers while keeping sales management centralised for organisers.
  2. Multi-Stage Ticket Sales
The ticketing page supported different sales phases, including presale releases, normal pricing, and promotional code campaigns. This allowed organisers to manage demand across the campaign period while giving attendees clear options based on timing, price, and availability.
  3. Flexible Pass & Bundle Options
Attendees could choose from multiple ticket formats, including Day 1 passes, Day 2 passes, two-day passes, and group bundle options. This gave festival-goers more flexibility in how they attended the event, whether they were coming for one day, the full weekend, or with a group.
  4. Digital Ticket & Sales Management
Organisers were able to manage ticket inventory, attendee records, and sales performance through one platform. With multiple ticket types active across different sales stages, this helped keep ticket fulfilment, tracking, and access preparation more organised ahead of the event.
